What kinds of organisations do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes, government ministries, departments and agencies, financial institutions, schools and universities, healthcare providers, NGOs and development partners, telecommunications providers and legal teams.

How do I request a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form and describe your project, the service you need and any deadline. You receive a reference number immediately, and our team reviews your requirements and replies with a proposal covering scope, timeline and cost.

How does booking a consultation work?

Penetration testing is lawful only when the owner of the systems has given written authorisation and the scope has been agreed. Configure SL carries out vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits only on that basis and in line with the laws of Sierra Leone.

How do you handle personal data sent through this website?

Information you submit is stored securely and used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange consultations or assess job applications. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Ownership and licensing terms are agreed in the contract for each project. We provide documentation and a handover so your organisation can operate and maintain the system.

Cybersecurity Assessment and Advisory

What is the difference between a vulnerability assessment and a penetration test?

A vulnerability assessment identifies and prioritises known weaknesses across your systems. A penetration test goes further by attempting to exploit selected weaknesses, within an agreed scope, to show their real-world impact. Both are carried out only with written authorisation.

What do I receive after a security assessment?

You receive a written report that explains each finding in plain language, rates its risk, and gives prioritised recommendations for fixing it, so decision-makers and technical teams can act on it.

Digital Forensics and Incident Investigation

What should I do first if I suspect a cyber incident?

Disconnect affected devices from the network but avoid switching them off, write down what you noticed and when, preserve logs, avoid running clean-up tools, and contact a qualified digital forensics practitioner.

Can digital evidence be used in legal proceedings?

Evidence is most useful in proceedings when it has been acquired and preserved correctly with a documented chain of custody. Our forensic practitioners follow these practices, prepare forensic reports and can provide expert evidence.
